Bonnie Shwery, MA, L.Ac, became interested in acupuncture after receiving treatment in the early seventies. She started her studies in England, with its long established tradition of using alternative medicine, and acupuncture particularly. She graduated from England’s prominent acupuncture college, the College of Traditional Chinese Acupuncture, in 1988. She also holds a diploma of Chinese Herbal Medicine from the London College of Chinese Herbal Medicine.
